The Nutrition 101 class was extremely informative.  You did a great job…  My only regret is that we did not have the opportunity to attend earlier in our journey with Country Doctor.  We have read and worked to learn how to take control of our health over the years, yet the information that you presented helped to fill in the gaps.  While I realize that I have so much to learn, I finally trust that we are on the right path regarding nutrition, labels etc.  We appreciate the information packet that you provided and I am excited to learn more.  

When I was in college, I attended a number of 
“nutrition” classes and none of the material  covered the facts as you presented and know them to be.  When my children were babies, I prepared real food in a blender, they never had the processed baby food.  By the grace of God, they are healthy, strong and handsome men now.
