Whipped Topping


1 pint heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla

1/8  tsp sea salt


  1. Put large metal bowl & beaters in the freezer for 30 minutes
  2. Remove the bowl from the freezer & add all ingredients
  3. Mix with cold beaters until hard peaks form
  4. Add to your dessert
  5. Refrigerate leftovers & rewhip if necessary
